The quickest way to reach Asphalt Calculator Studio is the feedback form.
The same button sits under every result on the calculator. There is no public email address; every message comes through this form.
What you can write to us about
- A result that looks wrong, or doesn’t match your supplier’s ticket.
- A button, field or link that doesn’t work, or a page that looks broken on your phone or computer.
- A feature you need, such as a shape, unit or mix the calculator doesn’t handle yet.
- A source that has been updated, or a figure you think is out of date.
- A privacy request: to ask what we hold, or to have a feedback message deleted. The privacy policy explains what to include.
Useful things to include
- For a wrong result: the sizes, depth, density and units you used. The easiest way is to press Copy link (Share link on a phone) on the calculator and paste the link into your message, because it reopens your exact job.
- For a problem on a phone or computer: the device and browser, and what you pressed just before.
- For a feature request: the job you were trying to estimate and what answer you needed.
What happens next
Every message is read. Wrong results are checked first and, if we can reproduce them, fixed with a test so they don’t come back. We can’t reply to messages that don’t include a way to reach you, so if you’d like an answer, say how to reach you in the message. We can’t give advice on a particular paving job or recommend contractors or suppliers.
Your privacy
The form stores your message, this site’s domain, the page you sent it from and the time, plus a short-lived hashed form of your network address used only to cap messages at 10 an hour. Please don’t send passwords, payment details or anything else private. The privacy policy explains exactly what is stored and for how long.
